The major theme of the Masterclass will focus on the key principles of sustainable and successful destination management strategies as applied by places like Dubai, which has the distinguished title of having the busiest airport for international travellers in the world as well as having received 15 million over night visitors during 2016.

- Destination Policy Planning and Development
- Latest Trends in Tourism (e.g. sustainability, etc.)
- Global Forces Shaping World Tourism (Macroeconomics)
- The Destination and the Tourism System (Microeconomics)
