We are thrilled to present to you an exciting opportunity to consolidate the way you connect with the travel trade to promote your destination or brand at the highly interactive TravelX Quiz Festival.

TravelX is an event designed to create meaningful engagement for the travel trade featuring brand presentations, quiz segments with teams competing for stunning prizes and voting for the best travel videos.

Essentially, TravelX is curated for our guests to have fun while also creating friendly competition through our quiz segments.

The idea behind TravelX is to engage the travel trade travel in a highly immersive evening empowering them with more knowledge of your destination or brand.

When joining TravelX as a presenting partner, you will get 10 x minutes to do a marketing presentation, inclusive of a video, which will also be voted for at the end of the event.

The questions which will be asked during your quiz segment will primarily be based on aspects of your presentation to make it easier for our guests to answer it.

Guests will form teams of 10 and gather around their allotted table to compete for amazing prizes and you could also do a lucky draw at the end of your presentation.

Your 10-minute slot will feature your marketing video, a short elevator pitch on your destination or brand and you will also host the quiz at the end of it.

You could also further incentivize our guests to do online workshops on your destination or brand to give their clients enhanced information and sell personalized experiences.

Your video will also automatically be entered into the video awards, and it will be voted for in the three respective categories i.e. The Coolest Travel Video, The Video That Makes Me Want to Travel and the Best of the Best Travel Video, respectively.

All participating destinations and brands will have their videos entered into World Travel Video Awards in the same categories.
